Delivery Coverage We currently deliver across: Dhaka City (Inside & Outside Dhaka) If your location is outside our coverage area, we will contact you before processing the order. 2. Delivery Time Inside Dhaka Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days Outside Dhaka Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on courier service availability Note: Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, or due to unforeseen conditions. 3. Delivery Charges Inside Dhaka Standard Delivery: ৳ [70 TK ] Outside Dhaka Courier Charge: ৳ [120 Tk ] (Weight-based; may vary depending on product size and courier service) Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. 4. Order Processing Orders are processed after successful confirmation. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day. You will receive an SMS/phone call for confirmation before dispatch. 5. Delivery Attempts Our delivery partner will make 1–2 attempts to deliver your package. If unreachable or delivery fails, the order may be canceled, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. 7.
